Leadership Development & Certification Manager

Job Description

Leadership Development & Certification Manager will report directly to the Company’s General Manager or equivalent.

The Leadership Trainer will ensure that our leadership team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead their teams and drive organizational success.

The Leadership Development & Certification Manager’s scope involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing leadership and coaching skills for supervisors and higher-level managers.

The responsibilities of a Leadership Development & Certification Manager include but not limited to: 

Training Development and Delivery:

Design and develop comprehensive leadership training programs that align with organizational goals.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for supervisors and higher-level managers.

Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to leaders to enhance their leadership skills.

Develop and implement coaching certification programs for leaders.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.

Make continuous improvements to training materials and methods based on feedback and performance data.
