POSITION SUMMARY: The Leadership Development Facilitator is self-motivated and has a passion for delivering exceptional learning and development experiences. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to balance multiple projects and related tasks at one time. The candidate should be able to effectively facilitate training using a variety of media and platforms to include instructor-led classrooms training, face-to-face workshops, and video/distance learning programs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and facilitates learning programs at all levels of the organization.
  • Manages administrative responsibilities related to the execution and delivery of training events.
  • Support assessments of skill levels, knowledge and training needs and utilizes results to create and facilitate leadership development programs.
  • Collaborates with departmental leadership team on learning and development strategies to drive business results.
  • Provides departmental leadership team with direction on content design/development; partners on identification of success metrics prior to program implementation; provides post-implementation feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends, concepts, and techniques for delivering high quality developmental experiences to diverse audiences.
  • Supports process for measuring success (ROI) of development programs.
  • Ensures integrity and relevancy of training curriculum.
  • Travel by air, car or other modes of transportation may be required up to 50% of the time to deliver training and organizational development programs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in Training, Organizational Development, or similar discipline.
  • Experience in training delivery/facilitation in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with/applying adult learning principles.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience facilitating learning in classroom and/or blended environments or equivalent level of industry experience.
