Role Overview  

We are looking for a motivated Research Analyst to support our research team in collecting executive insights which inform our predictive business analyses. The Research Analyst will work to identify key decision makers who can contribute meaningful qualitative data on the most influential corporate leaders. In this role you will develop a deeper understanding of the management teams of some of the most important companies in the world.

This individual will work closely with the SVP of Outreach & Leadership Analysis and the senior Leadership Research Analyst. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with keen focus and ability to assess and map organizational links among executives in various industries. They will help to create source lists for outreach projects and organize source records within a broader database that can be searched and cross referenced for future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for, identify, and record executive sources and contact data
• Track and deliver research data within swift project deadlines
• Collaborate with interviewers and analysts for additional context and details to refine the data collection process
• Update and maintain a comprehensive database of executive source data
• Facilitate communications and distribution of research materials amongst the research team, noting opportunities to create operational efficiencies.
• Assist with proofing and top-editing executive interviews

Requirements

Required Qualifications 

      -   Proficiency in using Google search, LinkedIn Sales Navagator, Boardex and other web-based research tools.  

      -   4-7 years of relevant experience in data entry, verification, or research roles.  

      -   Flexibility in work schedule depending on whether full or partial overlap with client hours is required.

      -   Meticulous attention to detail

      -   Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to navigate unique research challenges

      -   Experience with or a desire to learn about a wide range of business industries and leadership roles within them

      -   Other technology tools used are Dropbox, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom

      -   A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
