Leadership Rotation Network (LRN)

Over the course of our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, you will have the opportunity to rotate through three Infrastructure subgroups – including Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Project Management, Business Liaisons and Finance – before being placed on a team that matches your interests and DRW’s business needs.

You’ll start out by participating in our formal training program to sharpen your knowledge of market fundamentals, propelling you to succeed in your rotations that follow. Throughout each rotation, you’ll spearhead projects that allow you to understand each team’s scope and how they collaborate to support our trading business.

Upon program completion, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the business and have a “behind the scenes” look at how our trading functions work together cohesively.

You’ll be right at home if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting or related field with a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024
• An interest in trading and technology
• Proficiency in Excel
• A strong sense of urgency and are process and detail-oriented
• An adaptive and self-motivated attitude, passion for meeting challenges head-on and track record of thriving in fast-paced, competitive environments
• A desire to live/work in Chicago, IL (this opportunity requires physical presence and is not offered on a remote basis)
