Job Description
As a Leadership Specialist in the HR function, your main focus will be to equip current and future leaders across personas with the knowledge and skills to drive our business, develop their teams, and grow their careers. Provide targeted mentorship and tailored leadership development, cultivating confident, agile leaders who inspire others to drive our culture and values.
This hybrid role reports into our Regional Learning and Performance Development Manager and is based out of the New York Support Office.Â
A Day in the LifeÂ
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*Â

Implement and drive H&M Group Leadership philosophy and principles in the RegionÂ

Analyze developmental needs and knowledge gaps with HR Business LineÂ

Coach the organization in building customized leadership development plans for current and future leadersÂ
-
Implement relevant leadership development offers, ensuring a holistic approach to leadership growthÂ
-
Measure the effectiveness of interventions and provide feedback to the Community of Expertise and the businessÂ
-
 Foster an inclusive leadership culture to maximize leadership potential aligned with local Inclusion & Diversity goalsÂ
-
Contribute to the global leadership community, collaborating with external partners, thought leaders and industry peers to stay updated on innovative practicesÂ

Facilitate leadership programs for senior leadership teams when neededÂ

Cultivate a pipeline of competent leaders equipped with advanced skills, creating leaders capable of steering the organization toward its strategic objectives. Ensure leaders are aware of the H&M Group leadership and values expectations and ready to drive it with their teamsÂ

Up to 20% travel may be required, based on business needsÂ
Qualifications
Who You Are:
-
3+ years of Leadership Development experienceÂ
-
An academic degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experienceÂ
-
Provides a comprehensive understanding of various leadership models and adapt leadership styles to effectively motivate and guide teamsÂ
-
Demonstrates ability to facilitate and deliver trainings
-
Skilled in continuous learning with the ability and enthusiasm to adapt to new information, technologies, and industry trendsÂ
-
Experience in assessment tools and adult learning theories
-
Proficient in content curation and instructional designÂ

Compensation: salary range is $ 76,144 - $ 85,662 annually**Â
