Leads Marketing Associate

About You

Nutrafol is looking for a data-driven and creative Leads Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be an integral part of executing, managing, testing, and optimizing lead generation and nurturing campaigns, reporting to the Senior Manager, Leads Marketing. The main focus of this role will be supporting new customer acquisition via email/SMS, direct mail, and affiliate tactics.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly email and SMS campaigns to support monthly and quarterly goals, from briefing concepts to working with our agency to execute on-time 
• Partner with Senior Associate to optimize automated email and SMS journeys 
• Play a key role in the creation and execution of both retargeting and lead-generation direct mail campaigns
• Partner with Senior Associate to drive and report on affiliate and brand partnership campaigns 
• Monitor and report channel initiatives to share weekly and monthly analytics insights as well as ideate on opportunities to adjust campaigns to improve performance 
• Partner with creative and brand teams to create content specific to the channel
• Partner with external channel partners to deploy quality campaigns on time 
• Proactively come to the table with new ideas to prepare for cross-functional meetings 
• Take a data-driven approach to all recommendations and insights 

 Requirements

• 2+ years experience working within growth marketing 
• Experience working with campaign launches
• An analytical mindset with the ability to read and manipulate data, helping to drive strategy with a data-driven approach
• Creative thinking skills and the ability to comfortably brief in new ideas and facilitate copy and design feedback that aligns with the brand
• Highly organized ,with experience working successfully with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Preferred:

• Experience with a D2C or subscription-based business
• Experience in the health and wellness and/or eCommerce space
• Experience with Tableau and/or similar web analytics tools
• A desire to learn & grow, building on existing skills while learning new ones
