Lean-Continuous Improvement Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Lean Continuous Improvement is a vital, strategic objective of the Peloton supply chain transformation. The Peloton Lean - Continuous Improvement team is seeking an Analyst to help create, develop and drive a Lean mindset. This role will help deliver on a fundamental shift in how we perceive the process, problems, waste, and development of our people. The success of our Lean program will be defined by how effective this role & team is in leading the existing culture towards a Lean Mindset culture. The Analyst will coach, guide, and influence colleagues across the enterprise on what Lean is, how to apply it, and finally why it's important to them, their role/function, Peloton, and the Member. They will work with various cross-functional teams across the enterprise. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON 

• Assist and support in designing, developing, and operationalizing the Lean strategy across the enterprise 
• Prepare, lead and own Lean initiatives (ie. workshops, events, projects, work sessions) highlighting measurable impact/results 
• Provide day-to-day support to various teams and projects to drive a Lean Mindset
• Help drive work towards organizational and corporate objectives and key results
• Serve as a point of contact across the enterprise for all Lean-related things
• Ready, willing, and able to rapidly get up to speed and jump into unplanned work/tasks/workshops 
• Operate comfortably across: 
• Defining problem(s) and quantifying impact 
• Compiling necessary data to establish measures 
• Demonstrating strong analytical skills to break things down to reach key conclusions and identify root cause(s) 
• Leading a team in solution/improvement design and prioritization 
• Driving implementation of solutions and actions thru completion 
• Finding effective ways to sustain improvements 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

• Certified Lean professional or demonstrated evidence of equivalent skills in Lean Continuous Improvement 
• 3+ years of experience in operations 
• Experience with Lean problem solving 
• Put Data and Facts first 
• Capable of switching gears (topics) quickly and effectively - on the fly 
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines 
• Capable of navigating through uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity 
• Able to maintain the bigger strategic vision and how tasks and work at hand contribute/align to it
• Meticulous attention to detail and well organized with excellent written, verbal, conceptual and communication skills 
• Tenacious in tactfully navigating roadblocks 
• A Growth Mindset
• Skilled at root cause analysis 
• Innovative mindset (iterative thinking, experiments, feedback-learning) 
• Poised and able to maintain rationale thinking under pressure 
• Nice to have: History of using IT solutions for improvements (ranging from basic through RPA)
