Lean Education Coach

Modivcare is looking for a Lead Education Coach to train our team members on Lean concepts and principles. You will coach the team on continuous improvement processes organization-wide. You will manage the training and presentation infrastructure as it relates to continuous improvement. You will report to the Senior Director or Continuous Improvement.

You will…

• Conduct value stream mapping events when needed (VSMs)
• Oversee Rapid Improvement Events (RIE/Kaizen workshops)
• Develop Lean Management and Continuous Improvement training
• Supports strategy of A3 problem solving, PDCA, root cause analysis, SCRUM and Agile concepts

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of practical Lean application/project experience
• 3+ years of Lean training experience
• Certification in Continuous Improvement, Lean (Lean Master), or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
• Experience building a Lean engagement framework within a large organization
• Experience with quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies
• KPI and financial measurement experience
• 50% travel

Salary: $62,468 - $83,292 

Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance.
