We're seeking an Account Manager to drive the growth of Lean In’s DEI programs within Fortune 500 (or equivalent) organizations globally with a particular focus on our flagship leadership program: Lean In Circles. This is a unique role that is focused on both driving new business and managing the ongoing relationship with existing partners to scale their Circles program over time.

What You Will Do

  • Drive adoption of Lean In’s company programs with a portfolio of Fortune 500-level companies

  • Manage the  end-to-end sales cycle from lead identification pitching and negotiating program adoption; to account management to launch and scale the program over time

  • Lead Account onboarding: host in-house kick-off events and trainings for large audiences

  • Build strong relationships with partners to sustain year-over-year account growth by expanding to new audiences channels or markets within the customer ecosystem

  • Use Hubspot CRM to closely track and manage the pipeline and report on key metrics

  • Be the “voice of the customer” internally to help us continually improve product offering

  • Stay updated on D&I research and trends to understand the market

  • Manage cross-functional strategic projects that further our overall program goals

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of sales business development and account/relationship management experience

  • Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of delivering against set targets

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for identifying managing and closing new business opportunities

  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and convey/tailor the benefits of Lean In’s programs in a way that spurs action

  • Experience and adept at presenting in front of and motivating large groups of people

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships to drive long-term customer loyalty and expand partnership opportunities

  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload autonomously in a remote work environment

  • Experience using a CRM platform to manage your pipeline is a must (Hubspot is beneficial)

  • Ability to work flexibly to support companies across global time zones

  • Experience in consumer brands or startups is advantageous

  • Shared appreciation for and commitment to the mission and work of Lean In Lean In Girls Option B and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program

  • Commitment to being a strong advocate for equity inclusion and uplifting marginalized voices

What We Will Offer You

  • The base salary range for this role varies depending on a candidate’s location which is categorized into one of two bands. National Band: $108-$122K. Bay Area/New York Metro Band: $120-$136K.

  • The actual base salary within the applicable market range may also vary depending on the candidate's qualifications including job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Important Information

  • This is a full-time time-limited exempt position.

  • While we are a remote-first organization and work schedules are flexible team-wide meetings are often held between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Pacific Time.

  • The selected individual must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
