Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, you will join the OPS Excellence team, part of the Manufacturing Excellence Department in the Vertical Enterprise Operations and Supply Chain.

Located in USA, as a Lean Master, you will support our OPS Excellence team located in the different regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM & AMER):

• Lead and execute LEAN projects over the relevant Value Stream.
• Implement and apply LEAN tools and techniques in the workplaces according to Donaldson Production System (for example: 6S, waste analysis, visual management, line balancing, VSM etc.).
• Organize and manage Kaizen Workshops for improvements, cost saving and optimization processes.
• Train and guide employees in LEAN philosophy, take part in the cultural change of Donaldson.
• Conduct cost and benefit analysis, schedule and allocate resources and facilitate improvement projects.
• Responsible for tracking action plans, analyze programs and oversee progress.
• Work with plants within the nominated region to facilitate and track kaizen events.
• Participate with the team in development of the materials within the Donaldson Production System for global release.
• Prepare and deliver training material within plant to promote the adoption of the Donaldson Production System.
• Become the subject matter expert for the business units on lean processes, tools and methods of change management.
• Conduct audits to assess the leanness of plants and their adherence to current lean best practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years executing Lean Strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Master's degree
• English fluent (both written and spoken), other regional languages are a plus.
• Good working knowledge of lean in practice
• Project leadership experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within your region up to 60%
• (Some travel expected to other regions)
• Strong team player
• MS Office knowledge
