Job Description
The primary objective of the position is to Implement and deploy the Lean culture by enabling the achievement of objectives and priorities through Masterplan, KPIs and Lean Roadmap.
Activities such Kaizen events, Problem Solving Reports, LMPS and Daily Management System will be at the core of this position to ensure sustainability of results as well as the lean transformation desired.
This role will also lead, coordinate & mentor Lean Coordinators for higher performance as well as the plant team.
This will be accomplished through effective leadership and working relationships with broad range of stakeholders globally and locally across various parts of the value chain.

The position will also actively participate in the broader scope of the Lean function of GEV group ensuring the cooperation and co-working with other business segments and providing with needed support and platform of lean initiatives opportunities.
