Tasks and Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer and project requirements and needs to design and develop effective training courses and materials.

• Interprets technical information and translates it into practical language for training and instruction.

• Teach courses from beginning level to advance & create instructional materials (presentations, course outlines, instructor guides, handouts, hands-on exercises, and training aids).

• Create instructional videos (short tutorials, recorded training packages etc.)

• Builds, tests, and maintains the training environment(s).

• Modify/update the training library of resources (videos, guides) to ensure latest knowledge.

• Analyzes new functionality and training in new releases to determine the training needs. Acquire and maintains current knowledge and competency and associated workflows.

• Follow and maintain details on new Office 365 features

• Assist in class scheduling and program management & in the development of large-scale training programs.

• Participate on cross-functional project teams to represent training and development and

• Microsoft Certified Trainer

• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Office 365, primary focus on Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

• Prior experience training end users, both in person and online & previous experience in an educational or training setting.

• Prior classroom training experience and expertise & experience creating training materials for end users

• Video editing and production software experience (Camtasia preferred)

• Prior experience preparing presentations and presenting to groups.

• Excellent organizational skills and classroom management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be a self-starter and innovative thinker.

• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
