Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Lockton Northeast Region is growing! Our revenue grew 45% in our last fiscal year. We are building infrastructure to support that growth in all areas of the Region and Learning and Development (L&D) delivers integral support to help facilitate internal growth. We are looking for a Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the L&D team and broader Human Capital pillars. A successful candidate with be able to work independently, with some general direction from the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Handle training calendars, rosters, and storage of documents for multiple programs.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Assist with planning several annual meetings.
  • Maintains files of correspondence and other records.
  • Become proficient in and assist with answering internal questions about our Learning Management System, Cornerstone.
  • Provide guidance on obtaining insurance designations, licensing, and continuing education.

 


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Advanced skills with email and calendar systems such as Outlook.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize busy workload to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Firm, fluent grasp of the English language with high level verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to make decisions in compliance with established company standards of quality performance and service.
  • Strong value of service to others.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently to not disclose confidential information, along with precise and careful handling of critically sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Ability to perform simultaneous multiple tasks with ability to respond and refocus quickly.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
