Learning and Development Coordinator - Remote

Zywave is searching for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support Zywave's Learning & Development organization within Revenue Operations. In this role, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all learning development activities, including scheduling and maintaining and measuring the effectiveness of our learning and development programs. In coordination with our Revenue Operations and GTM leaders, this role will be responsible for learning coordination associated with new hire learning, meetings and on-going development activities, both in-person and virtual.

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding logistics and virtual learning for new hire learning, meetings and on-going educational opportunities.
• Mapping out and maintaining master learning and development calendar, plans and schedule
• Supports the design and development of curriculum and content for E-Learning, virtual learning, and in-person delivery.
• Measures and tracks sales competencies, knowledge level and role satisfaction.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates Train the Trainer sessions as needed and directed by management.
• Utilizes project management techniques to track and implement deliverables such as project milestones, scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timing, etc.
• Administers needs assessments across the commercial team using a variety of sources, such as employee feedback, performance data, and assessment tools to identify gaps in learning, skills, and performance
• Evaluates and analyzes the onboarding experience to ensure an efficient journey helping new hires or new to role employees meet their performance objectives and quickly become fulfilled and productive members of the team and organization
• Knowledgeable in learning programs and methodologies, regularly collaborating with department head for current and future improvement opportunities
• Utilizes extensive functionality within the Learning Management System (LMS) to include course setup, publishing learning to a large audience, managing custom e-mails, registrations, monitoring of class sizes, tracking of participant information, etc.

Factors for Success

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3 years in a learning & development environment
• SaaS experience a plus
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple departments
