We are searching for a Learning & Development & DEI Director to help us deliver a best in-class learning experience for our managers and employees. You will be tasked with building out a number of L&D Programs from scratch and delivering it to a global employee population. The ideal candidate will be someone that has experience at a small to mid-sized global technology company 

What You Are Accountable For

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leaders to assess learning gaps and design short and long-term learning solutions to optimize employee success.
  • Responsible for full material creation (online and in person) through to delivery, scheduling and ongoing maintenance and management to improve employee experience and engagement
  • Create a Leadership Development program for Prove and manage the ongoing management of the program, to include designing content, delivery and administration. 
  • Work alongside the People Team to enhance the Prove onboarding experience for all new hires, to include program design, scheduling and delivery of content to assist new hires understand the business.
  • Partner with the TA Team to design and deliver an impactful and impressive intern program. 
  • Design a Manager onboarding program in collaboration with the People Partner team to provide existing and new managers with a tool kit of resources and the necessary skills to excel at managing people effectively to help drive a high performance culture.
  • Assist with the launch and ongoing management of our Prove Mentoring program
  • Lead our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, including setting up and ongoing management of Employee Resource Groups.
  • Create materials and resources for our intranet to help drive continuous development 
  • Become DISC trained and assist with the facilitation of Team Builds across all departments. 
  • Own the LMS feature in our HRIS and use this to create tailored training programs using a variety of training interventions to assist with the complete employee life cycle. 

What We Require

  • 4 -6 years of experience in learning, talent and/or leadership development.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to facilitate learning events to employees at all levels 
  • Be comfortable in gaining an understanding of stakeholder needs and identify ways to address these. It will be important that you are able to build strong and effective relationships with colleagues, with the ability to engage people
  • Have a proven ability to put together a diverse range of engaging training materials using a range of technology
  • Experience designing and leading interactive virtual events in Zoom and Teams.
  • Have a proven ability to work autonomously in order to achieve aims and objectives
  • Have excellent stakeholder management/ engagement skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and quantitative/qualitative analysis skills to assess ROI
  • Experience working with global audiences is strongly preferred.
  • Experience spearheading DE&I strategy and initiatives
  • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
  • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies

The salary range for this role is $140,000- $200,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
