Learning and Development, Program Manager I: Onboarding 

Reports to: Manager, Learning & Development 

Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company shaping digital experiences that enable clinical trial sponsor and site professionals to take full command over the inherent logistical complexity behind mission-critical and time-sensitive patient interactions in life-sustaining studies for therapeutic areas such as oncology, central nervous system, and rare disease. 

Supporting clinical trials means supporting unique experiments that are inherently complex, high-stakes, and dynamic. It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients, end-users, or the systems that client and end-users interact with understand the clinical trial industry, regulations, Suvoda’s software products and processes, and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question. 

Our ideal candidate lives within a commutable distance to the Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office location. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Facilitate virtual bi-monthly onboarding program 
  • Own all onboarding administration tasks and communications required for successfully onboarding new employee cohorts 
  • Measure, report and analyze the onboarding experience score to demonstrate and continuously improve on onboarding program effectiveness 
  • Develop clear project briefs to frame and scope the problem, opportunity, objectives, phases/activities, timeline and success metrics for onboarding program 
  • Develop and continuously improve the onboarding experience aligned with learning objectives and engagement metrics 
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development Program Managers, Talent and Culture stakeholders and business partners to align on the onboarding experience, while keeping them informed and engaged throughout the onboarding process 
  • Develop and facilitate a train the trainer’s program for subject matter experts supporting the onboarding process 

Requirements: 

  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills with experience in virtual training  
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to drive efficiency in program operations and build cross-functional partnerships 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience and using data to identify problems and implement solutions. 
  • Work well under pressure, deliver to deadlines, adapt to change, and operate with autonomy and a high tolerance for ambiguity 
  • Creative and passionate about emerging trends in virtual training to create an inclusive, engaging environment 
  • As this role serves a geographically and culturally diverse employee base, experience in working with global teams and understanding cultural sensitivities 

Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, adult learning, organization design or human resources  
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development
