Job Description

Provides assistance to the Learning and Development Team in supporting the organization's training and development efforts by collaborating with designated departments to create tailored training programs and e-learning courses. This role is designed to ensure that employees within these specific departments acquire the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • With Leadership guidance, assists designated departments with the development and maintenance of L&D programs.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop e-learning courses and trainings as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide administrative support to designated departments as it relates to training completion tracking and the maintenance of programs.
  • Builds cross-departmental relationships.
  • Assist with training workshop coordination and scheduling.
  • Conduct research surrounding training design, trends and best practices.
  • Shadow training analytics and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required; current enrollment in University required.
  • Pursuing a Masters Degree in a business-related field such as Organizational Development, Behavior or Psychology, Training and Development, Human Resource Management, Instructional Design and Technology, MBA or Education with an emphasis in adult learning.
  • Human Resources or Learning and Development/Training experience is a plus.
  • Experience in using Canva, PowerPoint and any other video editing software is required. Experience using e-learning content creation software such as Articulate Rise is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills is required.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
