GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible in leading, and/ or coordinating projects and initiatives that align Learning and Development with Business priorities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as lead contact and subject matter expert of the Workday Learning Management System
• Identify and investigate LMS configuration opportunities and process updates
• Own tracking and reporting responsibilities of Workday Learning
• Support employees and key users with LMS system issues
• Participate in assessment of business training needs and deployment of training plans
• Support creation and maintenance of training catalog and/or other training materials
• Training session logistics such as securing space, content and material preparation, invitation, scheduling tracking and/or vendor coordination

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study
• HR or training certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant HRIS/LMS experience, preferably Workday Learning
• Experience supporting HR, Learning and Development in a fast passed environment
• Demonstrated experience with SCORM-compliant content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assist in aligning needs with deployment plans
