We are seeking a creative, detailed, and solution-focused individual to join our Human Resources (HR) team. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing cutting-edge learning programs to empower and educate our workforce. Relationship-building and communication skills are critical as you will be at the forefront of serving our internal customers. You will ensure our learning programs are not only meeting their unique needs, but our service and delivery exceed their expectations.
Are you up to the challenge?

  • Design and execute innovative on-demand training solutions:
  • Conduct discovery sessions with internal customers to understand not only their training requests, but the core issues they're looking to solve through training and ISD support
  • Provide ISD support for identifying and creating effective training solutions
  • Design impactful on-demand eLearning content via an ISD authoring tool, such as Articulate Storyline 360 or presentation recordings
  • Create engaging written and visual content, which addresses the core training needs and focuses on the user experience
  • Serve as L&D's primary point of contact for LinkedIn Learning: research, review, and promote LinkedIn Learning content, including the creation of relevant and leading-edge learning paths
  • Support L&D's internal voucher programs
  • POC for various vendor relationships, including review of offerings, and conducting ongoing research about potential partnerships that would benefit Intelsat's overall voucher offerings
  • Serve as POC for inquiries from the business about vouchers and provide appropriate guidance based on expressed needs; oversee voucher tracking and maintenance
  • Support large-scale L&D Programs
  • Create and design static resources to support larger training initiatives through L&D; including, brochures, advertisements, PPT decks, and Microsoft Forms
  • Provide production support for virtual or live training programs; hosted internally or through external vendors
  • Assist with the design, implementation and maintenance of Intelsat's L&D intranet site pages and resource creation, collaborating with internal L&D Team
  • Serve as admin for Intelsat's internal learning management system to include:
  • Approve Learning and Certification Requests
  • Verification of enrollment and module completion


You should definitely have:

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in:
  • Adult learning and survey methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick Model, etc.)
  • Project management and utilizing tracking tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Monday, etc.)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Curriculum design and eLearning design techniques
  • Classroom and virtual facilitation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field
  • Skilled at public speaking with a background in classroom facilitation
  • Experience with AI, resource and eLearning authoring tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Effective oral and written communications skills - ability to communicate "up and down" the organization
  • Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to work in a multinational multi-cultural environment
  • This role is subject to ITAR/EAR; candidates must be a US Person (this includes US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Individual such as an asylee or refugee)


It would be nice if you had:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field
  • Instructional Design Certificate and/or Certification
  • Experience in training program administration, process improvement, and/or project management
  • Experience creating user guides, SOPs and eLearning content
