Job Description

The Learning & Enablement Facilitator is responsible for efficiently and effectively facilitating learning experiences both in-person and virtually for clients, partners, and colleagues. The L&E Facilitator fosters a professional and safe learning environment for all learners at all levels.
Starting base pay for this role is between $77,000 and $97,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities
  • Facilitates modern and positive learning experiences for adult learners. Learning experiences include ILT, vILT, Case Studies, Simulations, Learning Debriefs and Group Discussions.
  • Adjusts learning activities for a balanced program that meets the needs of adult learners and adheres to stated learning objectives.
  • Partners with Learning & Enablement Instructional Designers and Content Developers to ensure course consistency with learning assets such as presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides, etc.
  • Provides a positive and professional environment and manages group conduct to promote active engagement of all participants in the learning process.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with instructional designers, subject matter experts, colleagues, and key stakeholders to ensure learning effectiveness towards business outcomes.
  • Attends Train-the-trainer sessions and adheres to Origami's standards and guidelines.
  • Acts as a champion for course consistency and advocates for meaningful learning experiences for all audiences.
  • Acts as mentor and ambassador for new colleagues joining Origami during their learning journey.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years experience of facilitation work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Risk and insurance industry experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated Presentation and Facilitation Skills for colleagues, partners and clients at all levels.
