We are currently seeking a Learning and Talent Associate, in either our Princeton, NJ , Washington, DC or Chicago, IL offices on a hybrid schedule Under direct supervision, performs various duties to promote learning and talent development within the organization. The Learning and Talent Coordinator provides support in the planning, coordination, design, and delivery of learning and talent management programs and processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning, performance and talent management programs including blended learning programs, corporate learning initiatives, mentoring programs, and new hire on-boarding
- Serve as a system administrator for our Learning Management System (Saba) including course/class set-up, enrollments, class completions, content uploads, and basic reporting
- Handle administrative functions within the Culture Amp platform to support 360 degree feedback and project experience assessments including survey set-up, launch, tracking, and reporting
- Provide technical and logistical support to People Leader program participants during their 360 and Project Experience Surveys
- Serve as a system administrator for our performance management system (TalentSpace)providing process and configuration updates to support goal setting, performance feedback, and performance reviews
- Serve as the single point of contact for key Mathematica learning programs
- Support performance and talent management communication logistics
- Partner with Director of Learning on training needs assessment process
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Talent Management on various programs related to performance management, talent assessment, and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with learning vendors to coordinate meetings, training schedules and logistics, and contracts
- Provide reports and metrics as needed
- Actively support the advancement of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and apply diversity, equity and inclusion lens across job responsibilities.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Functional Knowledge (Preferred):
- Passion for organizational learning, employee development, and talent management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaborate and consult effectively with other functions and levels
- Analytical thinker with an ability to use data to provide meaningful learning and talent metrics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of learning and performance technologies (e-learning tools, LMS, etc.)
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of relevant experience

Various federal agencies with whom we contract require that staff successfully undergo a background investigation or security clearance as a condition of working on certain projects. If you are assigned to such a project, you will be required to obtain the requisite security clearance.
This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of $50,000-$60,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance In accordance with Executive Order 14042 and its implementing guidelines, all Mathematica employees must provide documentation that they have been fully vaccinated or obtain an accommodation through Human Resources by providing documentation from a licensed health care provider that they are unable to be vaccinated against COVID-19 because of a disability (which would include medical conditions) or provide an attestation that they are entitled to an accommodation because of a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.
