The Headlines:

In the role of Learning Associate, working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the HR-People Development team. You will represent the company in Leadership & People Development events with ERGs and employee/leadership development programs. Support Leadership & People Development programs, processes, and logistics not supported by GBS. You will Lead coordination of Business Unit onboarding programs.

This position reports to the Director of People Development- Leadership and works closely with PD leaders and colleagues in Supply Chain and Commercial to support LPD projects and initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

  • Supports the delivery and facilitation of training classes (virtual and live)
  • Supports a variety of projects related to the delivery and support of employee training needs.
  • Leads coordination of reporting metrics related to learning programs for LPDLT and business review.
  • Seeks ways to improve processes, max. efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Liaises with GBS to ensure seamless coordination of program deliveries and LMS management.
  • Provides administrative support to the VP, Leadership & People Development and to the LPD team.
  • Liaises with vendors & PD teams to ensure purchased products/services meet needs.
  • Provides input in the way we evolve the First Choice Learning Center brand and purpose within the organization.
  • Lead procurement activities and budget for mid-scale projects or programs, tracking efficient resource allocation.
  • LMS governance duties with the Americas - working closely with GBS to ensure quality, standards, and controls are managed with LMS content.

The Other Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in HR, business or related curriculum or equivalent years of work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development portfolio and/or HR experience
