Learning Designer

This position will report directly into the Knowledge Team, a group of digital and print content creators supporting the customer service experience. As this role supports the training development needs for Marketing and Sales, as well, there will be opportunities to learn more about how other departments collaborate to provide a luxury experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create engaging and compelling learning course content to support identified learner personas
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process, as well as supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, etc)
• Generate instructional graphics, templates, the user interface and the finished product to support learning experience
• Determine measurable learning analytics to gather feedback and update learning content based upon those results
• Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs
• Prepare training deployment plan in collaboration with stakeholders and Learning Manager
• Develop learning objectives, outcomes, and assessments that align with the learning needs and goals
