Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Learning Development Administrator to join our team! In this role you will get to join a dynamic team responsible for developing the people who develop our nation's Missile Defense System (MDS) by bringing in a variety of unique learning & development solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Gather career broadening, training, and conference attendance requirements for the agency's engineering and technical workforce
• Coordinate inputs across multiple stakeholders to prepare packages for obtaining funding/signature approval
• Manage tasks in the agency's Task Management Tool (TMT)
• Track and report career development-related expenditures
• Partner with the agency's department of Human Resources
• Provide administrative support for professional development and career broadening opportunities for the MDA civilian workforce
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure employees have access to state-of-the-art competency-based technical training opportunities, to include conferences, courses, rotational assignments, team workshops, postgraduate degree programs, professional awards, and other career broadening assignments and opportunities

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience
• Secret clearance or higher
• Exceptional organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships, establish rapport; relates to all kinds of people at all levels of the organization
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
