What you will do
As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will focus on supporting the ongoing growth and development of our Investment Services colleagues across the globe. You will join a team dedicated to fostering a learning culture where all employees learn through everyday experiences and exposure to people and ideas, in addition to educational training and resources.
Specifically, you will
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Learning & Development and the global team as we build out the L&D portfolio for the firm
- Coordinate all logistics for training sessions including scheduling speakers/facilitators, booking rooms / setting up Zoom meetings, coordinating program materials, managing participant registration, managing day of execution and creating/sending follow-up feedback surveys
- Support the implementation of learning tools and systems and manage all administration within these tools/systems on behalf of the team
- Partner with Legal and Procurement to coordinate contracting with new and existing vendors aligned to firm processes
- Manage the administration of online learning tools, including providing access and tracking usage
- Collaborate on program related communications to promote participation in sessions
- Create and update reports including L&D data in order to demonstrate progress and report out on participation and feedback on our offerings
- Support other strategic projects within the Learning & Development team

What’s Required
- 1+ year of work experience in a corporate environment (inclusive of internships)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must show initiative and be a team player
- Commitment to the highest ethical standardsÂ

The annual base salary range for this role is $67,500-$80,000 (USD) , which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
