Learning & Development Contractor

The Role
We are looking for a contractor to work 40 hours a week for 4-5 months
We're working to scale our Learning & Development team and to provide training to some of the core functions of the business. Some potential training projects could fall under the following:

• Upskilling multiple departments on new product launches and releases
• Upskilling our Professional Services/Software Implementation Team
• Ongoing product training for various departments

Some of the design work has been completed for the larger curriculums, but our small team needs assistance with design and development of the training courses within the larger program. Courses could be small micro-learning through Articulate Rise, or larger VILTs with performance-based assessments.
Requirements

• Experience working directly with Subject Matter Experts and collaborating closely with Learning & Development team.
• Experience with Articulate Rise
• Experience creating high quality assessments aligned to learning objectives, including rubrics for performance-based assessments.
• Experience creating training for Salesforce or another complex software.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
