Cambria's Learning & Development Coordinator is an essential member of the L&D team who supports the planning and execution of all learning opportunities. This position requires a passion for employee development, an understanding of adult learning theories, and the ability to align learning initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the design, delivery, and facilitation of learning within the organization while partnering closely with other support departments to execute
- Collaborate with the L&D team to plan and prepare for all learning and development programs including all sales training events
- Provide logistical support on the execution of programming, including event scheduling, communications, partner relationships with training facilitators
- Manage meeting planning from site selection, ordering and shipment of materials, food selections, and facility tours
- Serve as site administrator for the corporate LMS to assign online coursework, schedule training events, update training transcripts, and provide ad hoc reporting
- Administer the LMS to maintain content quality, version control, and archival information
- Monitor LMS enrollments, creates & assign LMS courses, configures curriculums, uploads course content, loads schedules, maintains LMS training calendar, & master course catalog, by adding, updating, & retiring courses
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on metrics in support of Sales training programs
- Track execution, feedback & outcomes of training events
- Remain informed of changes that may impact training requirements and implement changes or improvements to training protocols and materials accordingly
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organization and project management skills, providing logistical support on the execution of programming, including event scheduling, communications, partner relationships with training facilitators, administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and reporting & metrics
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently,with a team, and the ability to multitask
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- A good technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic presentation-related audio/video issues while working with PCs, iPads, and iPhones in a classroom setting
- Experience with developing visually appealing materials such as slides, documents, websites, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of skills and experiences
Experience: 2+ years of experience in coordinating events, learning activities, or related field
Systems: Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Workday Learning
Additional Requirements:
Manages People: No
Travel Requirements: 20%
Physical Requirements: In office position which will require lifting up to 20 pounds.
