Job Description
- Manage and execute the design and implementation of global talent management, which includes learning, development, performance management, onboarding, and talent planning to ensure employees are set up successfully from day one and throughout their employee experience.
- Create and implement the design and implementation to shape a diverse and inclusive culture, including company values, employee engagement, DEI, and employee events/activities.
- Support the delivery of employee experience, engagement, and pulse surveys, analyzing data and themes, recommending actions, facilitating debriefs, and driving practical steps that enable impactful change.
- Manage and execute the learning strategy, including creating and managing content for our on-demand learning library and a comprehensive learning calendar for professional development and people manager capability building.
- Strengthen OKR, performance management, and career growth planning capabilities throughout the organization.
- Provide thought leadership, methodology, and tools to positively influence talent and leadership initiatives and organizational transformations.
- Contribute to increasing organizational excellence aligned with company values through innovative programming throughout the talent lifecycle.
- Organize and lead a global culture calendar and align local culture collectives around strong programming and employee events.
- Identify, develop, and manage a set of KPIs to measure the efficacy of talent management and leadership development strategies and processes; use data to drive continuous improvement of programs and processes.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of experience combined in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness/Org Development, Learning & Development, HR Business Partner, or other related experience.Â
- Experience with competency models, career ladders, development frameworks, and/or related tools and rolling them out to an entire organization, including managing change impacts and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of collaborating on and driving People programs that move the organization towards success and are identified as a value-add to the organization by key stakeholders. Examples include internal mobility programs, performance management and enablement, org transformation/effectiveness, mentorship, leading and managing through change, and more!
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology and experience with co-developing solutions with business leaders, managers, and people's team peers.
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative and team environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, interact, influence, and communicate at all levels with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience in a progressive, fast-paced, and hyper-growth organization.
- High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

The salary range for this position is $128,000.00 to $192,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
