Bunge has an exciting opportunity available for a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager - Digital Talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Management, this role will be a member of the global Center of Expertise (CoE) and instrumental in executing L&D digital talent strategies, supporting the broader global Talent initiatives and partnering with HR Business Partners. The L&D Manager - Digital Talent is a key role in our overall digital transformation journey.

Every day Bunge manages flows and processing of oilseeds and grains which are essential to feed the world. This involves the creation and usage of a wealth of internal, proprietary and external data. The business is reliant on using this data to forecast crops, manage risks, plan logistics and optimize processing - among many other applications. Overview:
This role supports the execution of our L&D Global Strategy, planning and leading the tactical deployment of products and services of global reach, providing close support to the Bunge Digital Academy and HR Digital Office for L&D.

Responsibilities:
• As part of Global CoE, this role is expected to research trends in the market, run benchmarks and support building a network of L&D providers• Support the design and implementation of L&D global strategy• Design capabilities and tactical solutions for Digital Academy deployment with a global reach• Design desirable and intuitive multi-channel learning experiences, developing visual designs, and iteratively validating solutions with users• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) globally, supporting the Bunge Business Service (BBS) Center on building capabilities regarding the system• Research and propose enhancements, governance, and processes with regards to the learning technology and drive its adoption and usage throughout the company.• Serve as the main point of contact for learning management and eLearning platforms.• Provide direction and support to BBS teams, regional LMS administrators and HRBPs related to the learning technologies.• Assist in the development and coordination of user-friendly learning activities.• Develop, organize, and conduct learning technology training sessions enabling HR and Business Partners to deliver world-class talent solutions to its workforce.• Integrate third party content into the design of courseware and programs as appropriate.• Design and implement individual development planning tools as enabler of career management and standards to support building and follow-through. • Work in cooperation with regional Talent leads to guarantee the discipline execution of global processes and programs• Support HR Analytics on building learning dashboards, run and track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness of programs and training usage globally• Conducts assessment and feasibility/cost-benefit analysis with supervision, plans, designs, implements, and evaluates the design and development of training curricula targeted to specific business populations• With supervision, participates in the delivery of business/functional specifications for learning solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Savvy about latest solutions in learning technology mainly focused on Digital opportunities and how to integrate them into an overall learning architecture• Agile and Design Thinking methodology to design experiences• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (Master's is a plus)• Over 10 years of position related experience and 5-7 years of relevant experience with eLearning and managing Learning Systems (SuccessFactors and Absorb preferred)• Desired background in working with international teams in global companies• Experience in designing and delivering state-of-the-art learning solutions• Ability to identify genuine customer requirements by engaging in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders (consultative and diagnostic skills)• Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once• Fast Learner with ability to deliver having minimal supervision, managing own time effectively and maintaining control over all current projects/responsibilities.• Knowledge of functional HR disciplines and/or information technology• Ability to develop tactical action plans to achieve business and Talent strategies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred English, Portuguese/Spanish is a plus)• Required knowledge on Instructional Design and Skills Taxonomy
