What you’ll do
As a Learning & Development Program Manager on our Talent Management Team, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Learning & Development to build out the L&D portfolio for the firm
- Design, develop and implement learning curriculum, programs and resources based on internal priorities and development areas
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., learning vendors, coaches, speakers, professors and platforms) when needed to address identified learning needs
- Flawlessly execute on learning programs and events to ensure a productive learning environment
- Use innovative approaches to support the build out of learning programs and resources
- Evaluate participant feedback and modify the approach/content as appropriate
- Support the implementation of learning tools and systems

What’s required
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development
- Subject matter expertise in L&D with experience in technical, financial industry specific and professional skill development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must show initiative, be innovative and a team player
- Commitment to highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
