Description
The Iterative Scopes mission is to empower doctors with real-time computer-aided detection and diagnostic tools powered by state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning technology; improving patient outcomes by helping gastroenterologists detect and classify lesions in real-time, including those that often elude the human eye; and improving care worldwide by providing doctors across the globe with access to deep neural networks trained by the world's best and most experienced GI specialists.
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire a passionate, detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist who will build and deliver curriculum, working alongside our entire organization as we tackle our mission of improving patient diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes in gastroenterology. You will spend your time analyzing business needs, managing stakeholders, designing training curriculum, and launching it through various delivery methods to help ensure our team develops the capabilities and expertise necessary for success. You will work closely with the People team and our Functional Leadership to improve organizational and leadership effectiveness through the development of an onboarding process and longer term learning journeys that ensure we deliver the right content, to the right people, at the right time, and in the right format.
What you'll be doing:

• Work with senior leadership and functional leaders to scope, design, and implement the most effective training strategy to support teams and workflows
• Develop both broad learning solutions for onboarding and other organization-wide initiatives and more tailored solutions, as required by business functions
• Iterating and adapting to the changing needs of our organization, which require a willingness to move quickly and refine in real time
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to clearly identify skill gaps to be addressed
• Track program participant progress and available metrics to measure results and continually enhance offerings
• Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Requirements & Qualifications
Required:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Experience partnering with teams in hybrid, distributed settings
• Expert knowledge of learning design, instructional methods, and training techniques including curriculum design principles, adult learning and blended learning theory and strategies, and the design and integration of online and other performance support tools
• Experience creating assessments and analyzing results in order to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
• Ability to manage multiple training requests and anticipate training needs of teams and specific leaders
• Comfort using up-to-date e-learning technologies, and assessing and integrating new platforms into your content delivery
