The Supply Chain Learning & Development Specialist is a key contributor to the learning & development journey of Collins Global Supply Chain employees. This role will manage multiple projects and initiatives across four pillars of our talent strategy but not limited to engaged employee experience, inclusive & diverse workplace, talent of the future, and empowered leader experience.

This individual can sit at any Collins Aerospace domestic location or remote.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leading and implementing learning & development programs and initiatives aligned to the Supply Chain talent strategy
  • Partnering closely with business leaders and human resources to influence learning & development solutions across the function
  • Establishing networks and building relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members across Collins and RTX
  • Conducting research and benchmarking of learning & development tools to understand business needs, employee development trends, and best practices to develop and execute best in class solutions for Global Supply Chain employees
  • Working within Workday Learning to drive utilization, alignment, and automation of training
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time

Basic Qualifications:
  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
  • Organizational, problem-solving, adaptability and analytical skills with the ability to make timely decisions
  • Must be able to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of HR Strategy, principles, and function
  • Experience with L&D foundational concepts and processes
  • Experience in managing projects and programs in the L&D function

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
