About the jobWe are seeking a commercially driven, emotionally intelligent individual with a deep passion for cultivating exceptional cultures and empowering others to unleash their full potential.
You’ll report to the Head of Global Learning and will play a pivotal role in establishing a strong learning culture across all teams with a strong focus on our US market while connecting the dots globally.
What you’ll be doingYour main objective will be to support the successful execution of global learning and wider people strategies. Working closely with internal stakeholders, assisting teams in evaluating learning requirements, and implementing efficient learning strategies to help teams achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for learning initiatives across the company, helping to foster a learning culture and instill GWI's values. You will support leadership and team development, coach and support our employees in personal and professional growth, and collaborate with leaders to provide tailored training solutions for teams.
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to undertake learning needs analysis and effectively sharing insights and solutions.
Working closely with key internal subject matter experts to assist in designing and facilitating learning initiatives and programs.
Support implementation and delivery of global learning and wider people strategies across the organization.
Leading facilitation of global learning initiatives in the market.
Support the development of coaching skills with leaders and people managers across departments to embed learning initiatives.
Evaluation of training impact, reporting, and presenting solutions.
Reporting progress and key performance indicators to the Head of Global Learning and key stakeholders.
Engage with cross-functional teams to support the success of learning initiatives.
Optimizing the utilization and effectiveness of learning tools across markets.

TechnicalSkilled in constructing and executing effective learning programs, including instructional design, and facilitation.
Proficiency in using different learning technologies and platforms to support learning objectives such as LMS.
Capability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and influence of learning programs and suggest data-driven improvements accordingly.
A big-picture thinker who can align business needs with implementing effective learning solutions.
Ability to scope out learning needs, design bespoke learning interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
Experience in delivering leadership and management programs.
Able to influence, build, and foster trusted relationships with various stakeholders in various departments.
A proven track record of exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Able to analyze performance and learning data, measuring outcomes for continuous improvement.
The ability to create learning strategies & interventions that can be scaled across a global organization effectively.
Familiar with LMS and other relevant technologies.
