In the People Development team, we are lucky enough to play a pivotal role in bringing this mission to life.
Come and help us create and implement key global people programs in the areas of Learning and Development, Performance Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Company Culture, and Employee Engagement. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, youâll become a core part of the People Team.
Your work would impact the entire company across regions and products for the coming years, as we rapidly grow in headcount. Your salary range starts at 2 000⏠Gross per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices (Bratislava, Brno) or from home on a full-time basis (EU based), you'll become a core part of the People Team.
What challenge awaits you?You will work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders from the wider organization to gather feedback and input to help guide our People Development & Culture roadmap. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager of People Development & Culture and the rest of the team to implement, improve, and scale these programs.Â
Your job will be to:- Support existing and launch new People Development programs in the areas of Learning and Development, Performance Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement
- Track and analyze data & metrics related to key areas of responsibility, along with measuring effectiveness against all program goals
- Collaborate with and influence a number of key global, cross-functional stakeholders to create maximum impact
- Conduct extensive research into best practices in areas of responsibility and develop creative and effective solutions to challenges
- Manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and ensure the development of proper internal training and documentation for the use of People Development related tools
- Collaborate with other People Development team members to roll out coordinated initiatives and manage internal communications related to team projects
- Project manage the competency map design and implementation for select departments, partnering with other team members and internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Business Partners, functional leaders, etc.) as needed
- In 30 days, you will help support delivery of key global people initiatives
- In 90 days, you will define future strategy and drive implementation of key global people initiatives
- In 180 days, you will own key global people initiatives, ensure these are aligned with departmental objectives, and measure their ongoing effectiveness

Professional experience
- 3+ yearsâ work experience and strong expertise in one or more of the following areas - Performance Management, Learning and Development, Career Development, Culture, and Employee Engagement and DEI
- Previous experience with designing, driving, implementing and evaluating company-wide programsÂ
- Experience working for a fast-growing, dynamic, scale-up company
- Cross-cultural experience in a globally distributed company is a plus
- Past experience in the tech industry or SaaS companies is a plus
Personal qualities
- Structured and clear communication, strong influencing skills, fluency in English
- Independence and self-organization to easily navigate large, time-sensitive, high-impact projects
- Robust project management skills, with the ability to manage workload, priorities, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a virtual-first, dynamic, and fast-paced environment (capacity to handle ambiguous situations)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good numerical and analytical skills
