Very fast growing, innovative AI Summit partner of Salesforce seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for our team. The candidate will work closely with our Learning & Development team to assist in multiple initiatives including, but not limited to, the development and execution of internal cross-skilling programs and initiatives, employee partner certification and credential management, development of continuous learning opportunities, and employee onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
- Working with internal subject matter experts and Practice leadership, own the program management and development of internal bootcamps that provide cross-skilling opportunities blended learning
- Partnering with internal Community Leads, own the overall management and execution of our role-based and industry-based Communities model, which provide employees tailored learning to their specialization or growing areas of interest
- Assist with management of company-wide certifications across all strategic partnerships, including Salesforce, AWS, DocuSign, MuleSoft, and ServiceMax
- Identify partner-led learning opportunities available through partnerships to leverage for continual employee development
- Working with cross-functional partners, build, manage, and execute an ongoing cadence of enablement opportunities
- Assist with the development, execution, and future iterations of the NeuraFlash onboarding experience, including the creation of self-paced content through our LMS, Lessonly, live skill-based workshops, new hire engagement opportunities, and Slack workflows to guide the new hire experience
- Partnering with Talent Operations and Resource Management, gain understanding of current employee skills and enhance employee Skills Matrix to provide accurate, real-time insight into employee strengths and areas of opportunity to develop
- Using the knowledge provided by the Skills Matrix, identify internal pipeline of employees for varying learning program participation
- Performs other related duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in relevant field
- 2+ years of program management experience, content creation, and / or training experience with a focus on Salesforce specific knowledge a plus
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in stakeholder management, setting expectations, and driving towards identified KPIs / outcomes
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities
- Ability to work individually and on a collaborative team in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work US Time Zone Hours, specifically Eastern Standard Time
- Prior Salesforce and Lessonly LMS experience a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
