Learning & Development Specialist

The Job

The Learning & Development Specialist reports to the Director of Learning & Development. You will be primarily responsible for workshop facilitation (Hebrew and English) for our EMEA-based Owners. In addition, the role will involve Learning Management System (LMS) Administration & light content creation. The ideal candidate is, first & foremost,  a skilled & experienced workshop facilitator who can bring engaging ideas into both in-person & virtual settings.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Facilitate L&D content & programming for our teams in EMEA
• LMS Administration. This is a shared responsibility with the Senior Specialist, Learning & Development & Director, L&D.
• Light Content Administration.
• Other Duties as Assigned. 

Your Work Experience

• Prior experience with in-person & virtual facilitation 
• Share personal samples of content you’ve developed for teams
• Strong communication & stakeholder engagement 
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Adaptable & flexible to change
• Experience with LMS Administration (platforms, responsibilities, analytics, etc.)
• Experience with authoring tools for content creation (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, EasyGenerator, etc.)

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days a week to maximise collaboration and interaction with business. Travel may be required.
