The Learning and Development team believes that learning should be a lifelong endeavor. Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize empathy, clarity, and experience to establish a deep rapport with teams.
  • Ensure utilization and evolution of learning tools, systems, and processes- maximizing use of speciality skill sets and subject matter experts.
  • Manage training projects from beginning to end including determining key stakeholders, times, and resources needed.
  • Design and implement employee development programs from the ground up to ensure that our employees are knowledgeable of our processes, product capabilities, the industry in which we exist, and all the many nuances.
  • Continuously iterate and expand programs and resources as we release new features/products.
  • Identify areas of additional training needs and recommend specific curriculums to our sales teams for professional development.
  • Specific training responsibilities include new employee onboarding, ongoing product training, and sales skill development.
  • Identifying and articulating learning opportunities with options/approaches so that team members can learn most effectively

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development
  • Minimum 1-2 years Sales Training experience, preferably in healthcare and/or a software sales environment 
  • Experience with sales processes, methodologies, implementation and adoption of Sales Tools (experience with GrowBig is a plus)
  • Experience with audio/visual editing software, eLearning tools, and LMS Administration (experience with Lessonly a plus)
  • Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, training, and building learning material
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (including annual kickoff event and regional off-sites)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience building, maintaining sales processes and methodologies (experience with GrowBig is a plus)
  • Experience coaching Sales reps on best practices, driving adoption and improvement
  • Ability to deliver impactful and effective training via various methods: eLearning, Zoom, and in-person
  • Previous experience in executing complex training methodologies
  • Ability to manage projects using tools like Asana

Compensation:

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $72,000 - $98,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
