The Role:

This role is an exciting opportunity to collaborate creatively to design learning experiences that empower the success of our BeyondTrust University (BTU) training programs. You will be guided by market and education trends to incorporate modern and emerging technology, psychology, and education sciences into practical training strategies. Partnering closely with BeyondTrust University teams, both education, and enablement, to understand learner needs and continuously clarify success criteria for training programs. The role will support alignment across all Learning Experience initiatives by providing feedback to Program Managers and creative direction to Content Creators. You will play a pivotal part in engaging teams across BeyondTrust to understand our key learner groups and lead in designing impactful solutions that result in successful learning outcomes for learners. 

What You’ll Do:

• Assess training needs in terms of products and learners, based on business requirements defined by BTU Program Managers.
• Perform task analysis and work with the BeyondTrust University teams to identify learning goals.
• Ongoing analysis of learning gaps, learner assessments, and training impact.
• Scope specific learning goals from broad program objectives as part of Training Needs Analysis process.
• Implement evaluation strategies for training programs, continually monitoring training effectiveness and adjusting where necessary based on feedback.
• Design learning experiences to ensure associated blended learning activities enable learner success throughout the complete learner journey.
• Provide input to BTU content developers and subject matter experts on the creation and management of learning curriculum for each training program and design comprehensive learning paths for internal and external learners, keeping learner flow as the primary focus.
• Lead interviews with learner audiences to understand their learning needs and evaluate training gaps.
• Build strong relationships, reputation, credibility, and influence with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to become a trusted professional development partner.
• Display a continuous learning mindset, constantly seeking expertise in the learning discipline and identifying creative opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 -5 years professional experience designing a wide range of learning experience solutions through different training modalities.
• Strong knowledge of IT and a good understanding of adult learning principles and how these relate to course design.
• Comfortable and familiar with working with Fortune 500 companies, government, and educational institutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Nice To Have:

• Knowledge of advanced instructional design techniques and adult learning theory
• Should be interested in developing further skills using multiple modalities of learning experiences which can be applied to solve problems.  
• Bachelor’s degree
