The Learning Experience Specialist will work with the Director of L&D to drive development and engagement of learning tools, programs and content to create effective learning experiences. They will have a strong understanding of training practices and must effectively communicate and facilitate organizationally.  

Responsibilities: 

• Create engaging training presentations, course content, manuals, or other training materials with L&D Director where learning objectives, content, and activities adhere to adult learning principles, brand standards and internal customer requirements. 
• Coordinate assigned learning and development activities including presentations, logistics, materials, and scheduling guest trainers or subject matter experts as necessary 
• Effectively convert learning theory into engaging multimedia learning experiences 
• Administer daily tasks, program and user management within the LMS 
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the LMS Data. 
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, standard operating procedures, and processes for learning and development activities 
• Assess the impact of training and extract applicable learning insights, issues, and trends from learning analytics 
• Proactively develop product knowledge and grow into Sr role to support ISD and Facilitation of Learning Programs. 
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support PeopleOps. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in instructional design, training technology, adult learning, communications, media studies, or related fields -Preferred 
• Direct accountability to the daily tasks, content publishing, program management and provisioning requirements within a Learning Management System. 
• Working experience with rapid development eLearning tools and video editing software such as Articulate 360 and Storyline. 
• Creative thinker with a good eye for detail, design, and presentation 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to critically analyze data and articulate the results to tell the appropriate story. 
• Polished communication, writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills 
• Able to work collaboratively and independently 
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable 
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet all scheduled deadlines 
• Proficiency working with the MS Office Suite and Google applications
