WHO WE NEED :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Experience Supervisor to lead our team that plans and executes in-person and virtual educational events. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of event planning and execution, including managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, overseeing logistics, and ensuring a seamless delivery of memorable events.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as event management, marketing, communication, or public relations, is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the educational industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the success of events.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues and unexpected situations.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Experience with event management software and virtual platforms is preferred.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead and oversee the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events from conception to completion, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and vendor management.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of event coordinators to ensure that all events are executed successfully and within budget.
  • Develop strategies to improve the planning and execution processes of events, including the implementation of new events, events management software, or virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met throughout the event life cycle.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends in event planning and execution and provide insights to the team.
  • Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring that events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supervise the maintenance of accurate records of all events, including attendance, engagement, feedback, and action items.
