Job Summary:

The Learning Immersion Track Program Manager is primarily an internal-facing role and is responsible for aiding in the development and execution of the Consultant of the Future program. This role requires an attitude of customer service and an ability to communicate in a constructive, collaborative way with vendors, associates and co-workers at all levels. Interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, organization, project and time management, and attention to detail, with a strong background in Microsoft Office, are imperative. The individual in this position will support the Team Lead in scaling the Learning Immersion Tracks for the Consultant of the future through program management, project management, track development, delivery, and analysis and evaluation.

Position Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Provide direct support in the launch, implementation, and growth of the Learning Immersion Tracks across Lockton
  • Update the Program Development Plan
  • Manage the Learning Immersion Track Course Catalog
  • Coordinate calendar invites with Steering Committee and Advisory Team members
  • Support the Communication Strategy in developing deliverables
  • Aid in the development of the Learning Immersion Track Playbook

Project Management

  • Create and manage project files including requesting, gathering, reviewing, and organizing applicable documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project; identify scope creep, forecast potential barriers.
  • Monitor all target timelines, action items, and deliverables through an assigned project are successfully met and completed.
  • Provide excellent service and partnership with all internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple projects.
  • Manage Stakeholder Engagement; track engagement levels by stakeholder groups.

Learning Immersion Track Development

  • Develop templates for all LIT documents while adhering to all Marketing, Communication, and Branding guidelines.
  • Review all Learning Immersion Track material being published and collaborate with Workfront/DDS for design enhancement and proofing.
  • Support in the mapping of established Talent Development courses to Core Consulting Skills identified.
  • Aid in the development of the Facilitator Guide and support the creation of learning engagement activities and strategies.
  • Manage centralized repository of technical knowledge resources, including documentation, reference materials, and online resources.

Delivery

  • Assist with the development of presentations for the Consultant of the Future
  • Make arrangements as necessary for information to be delivered and communicated to stakeholder groups.
  • Assist Lockton Talent Development as needed to meet deadlines, arrange meetings, and ensure timely resolutions to both inquiries and projects related to the Consultant of the Future

Analysis & Evaluation

  • Manage assessment windows
  • Upload and manage Associate course completion data and credentialing
  • Create reports based on data
  • Aid in uploading assessment to the assigned assessment tool/application

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (e.g., instructional design, human resources, business administration) or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, education, and/or insurance.
  • 3+ years of working directly with vendor, associates, and/or clients.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Strong experience with MS Project, Access, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Ability to interact effectively to accomplish goals with amiable solutions
