Learning Management System Administrator
Job Description
Malin has an exciting opportunity available as anLearning Management System Administrator. This position will have a hybrid working situation- part remote, part in the Malin Addison office.
Responsibilities include:
Administering the ADP LMS System to align with the organizations requirements by:
- Configuring Users
- Setting up user permissions and roles
- Creating learning paths and training materials
- Monitoring and tracking progress of all assigned trainings
- Providing reports related to training completions
- Providing learning certificates to attendees
- Providing users support to all associates
- Working with the Training and Development Manager to create new learning paths and programs
Qualifications include:
- 2-3 years working in a training position with experience using an LMS System
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field instructional design, educational technology or similar
- Possess a strong technical foundation
- Proficiency in writing with various LMS Software applications
- Great Communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Work collaboratively with all teams to create a seamless learning experience for all
- Experience with ADP Vantage
