Working under direct supervision of the Senior Manager of Enterprise Learning, the Learning Management System Administrator & Training Coordinator will provide high quality LMS and training support on behalf of the Enterprise Learning Services organization. This hybrid role is responsible for serving as the point of contact for King's LMS, including system and learner issue troubleshooting, coordinating learning experiences, and reporting. Employees in this position may interact with their leader daily to receive guidance and feedback. Most non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upload new, modify existing and populate 3rd party and internal content to the LMS.
- Edit, revise and maintain learner and curriculum details in the LMS.
- Provide regular support and partnership to Technical Learning Partners to include, but not limited to: content uploads, learner enrollment, and course completion tracking.
- Be the internal point of contact for questions and troubleshooting related to the LMS.
- Manage training rosters, course enrollments, invitations, learner transcripts and user profiles.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, facilitators and participants regarding learning experiences.
- Run LMS reporting on a regular basis.
- Track and monitor compliance related courses and communicate with stakeholders for timely completion.
- Perform back-office maintenance of the LMS.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform grammar and spelling check, end user testing of content prior to publishing
- Act as the primary liaison with the LMS vendor, and keep the team informed of new features and updates
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a training or LMS role.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- Working knowledge of basic HTML skills.
- Working understanding of learning design/UX principles.
- Proficiency in SCORM and X-API.
- Proficiency with Level 1, 2 and 3 learning evaluations.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 and related applications.
- Proficient ability to work independently, problem solve and demonstrate effective judgement.
- Proficient detail orientation, organization and customer serviced focused skills.
- Customer service focused
- Expert ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems preferred.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate King's values of excellence, dignity, telling it like it is in a way it can be heard; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to travel up to 10 % of the time.
