As a Learning Manager, you will work with stakeholders across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing to identify learning needs and develop the learning strategy to support effective delivery of learning materials for all customer experience applications - at the center of which is Microsoft Dynamics. You will work with Learning Designers to select the appropriate media, tools, and technology to support learning. You will develop and manage feedback loops to ensure learning is continuously improved and meets the needs of learners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and lead the customer experience application learning strategy
  • Curate customer experience learning personas
  • Manage and lead Learning Designer(s)
  • Define learning success criteria and key performance measures
  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to establish current state of customer experience learning and development and to determine improvement opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with business stakeholders to promote success and governance of learning strategy
  • Ensure successful delivery of learning to users for all updates and new releases for customer experience applications
