Learning Operations Coordinator

The Coordinator role will assist in all aspects of the learning  process to ensure a positive employee experience, and will be accountable for the smooth operations of day-to-day learning activities. The Coordinator is passionate about helping people learn and grow, and is energized by the opportunity to add immediate value to the team and to Acquia.  

As the Learning Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Learning Operations and Project Management

• Own all logistics for all our learning initiatives (in-person, virtual, and eLearning), ensuring that no detail is overlooked.  Manage scheduling, rosters, enrollments reporting, etc. with a high level of accuracy and consistency
• Manage the distribution of learning materials including learning assessments, pre and post work
• Create project management plans and workflow; effectively project manage department activities and programs, ensuring we are working against timelines and are able to deliver results on time 
• Contribute to the content development process for new/existing learning materials

Systems Administration

• Provide support for all Learning department systems and tools including our Learning Management Systems (LMS).  LMS management includes managing users, courses, enrollment and reporting
• Take the lead on testing and rolling out new features and functionality on a project basis; troubleshoot user/system issues and where necessary, manage escalation process with the vendor

Reporting and Communications

• Track and prepare learning data and analytics for monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting
• Craft and distribute company-wide newsletters/communications and manage content to our intranet sites 

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to successfully prioritize and re-prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while still delivering on projects in a timely manner
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Demonstrated project management skills, ability to be resourceful and get the job done right
• Proven oral and written communication.  Ability to adapt style to different audiences in a variety of mediums: email, Slack, newsletters etc. 
• Excellent analytical skills to build reporting dashboards leveraging Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Aptitude and willingness to learn new software, tools and processes (i.e Asana, Articulate Rise), and take lead on managing our Learning Management System.
