About this role: The Learning Operations Specialist is a crucial role on our Education Services team reporting to the Director of Education Services. This role will be an important part of our mission to deliver world class education to our customers and employees on the medical device industry and Greenlight Guru products through the Greenlight Guru Academy.
Your contributions and responsibilities:

• Create, manage and maintain users of the Greenlight Guru Academy
• Work with the Director of Education Services to develop and manage new processes relating to the use of the Academy.
• Ensure content is assigned and visible to appropriate parties within the Academy
• Work with Greenlight Guru support to resolve Academy related tickets and to update existing support policies relating to the Academy
• Assist in content creation, upload, and publishing as needed
• Maintain list of tags within the Academy for proper content storage and search
• Manage and report on Academy data and analytics as defined by product leadership
• Assist in scheduling and planning of Academy events and activities
• Work with Product Marketing to deliver Academy news, launch announcements, and other marketing communications in a timely manner.

Your ideal qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or prior experience in a Learning & Development function
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with an LMS required, experience with Skilljar preferred.
• Analytical mindset with excel experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that can change rapidly
• Cooperative problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently once clear direction is provided.
