Guild is hiring a Learning Partner Operations Analyst to manage and optimize the efficiency and efficacy of critical operational workstreams between Guild and our Learning Partners. This role will enable the Guild Learning Marketplace to best serve hundreds of thousands of students at scale. 

We are looking for someone with outstanding project management skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and an ability to autonomously drive work forward.

As a Learning Partner Operations Analyst, responsibilities include:

  • Support the facilitation of accurate and timely data delivery across Guild’s Learning Marketplace
    • Work directly with Learning Partners to set operational and data delivery expectations and offer hands-on support to enable them to deliver against these expectations 
    • Ensure our Learning Partners are delivering accurate data to support critical downstream Guild products, systems, and processes
    • Develop subject matter expertise in numerous workstreams and concepts, including but not limited to: data exchange management, education benefit administration, and escalation management
  • Maintain business critical systems, internal reporting, and external metrics to drive operational health, strategic priorities, and reduce business risk
    • Monitor and assess root cause for data issues and implement solutions 
    • Partner internally with Learning Partnership Management, Learning Partner Implementation Delivery and Product and Engineering and externally with our Learning Partners to to align on processes and systems to address specific problems
    • Identify potential risks in operational processes, develop mitigation strategies, and present findings to leadership
  • Scope, prioritize and execute work to drive operational excellence, setting us up for our next chapter of scaled growth
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process and system optimization and automation, driving efficiency and accuracy in operations by leveraging data insights
    • Use qualitative and quantitative skills and robust problem-solving approaches to proactively provide support to Learning Partners and identify opportunities for operational improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Proficiencies:

  • Operational experience in similar or related customer- or vendor-facing roles where long-term relationships/partnerships was essential to the business’s success
  • Experience with the following technology and systems: Asana, Salesforce, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack, Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively on driving progress across multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means 
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
  • Eager to use a data-driven approach to building simple, scalable solutions to complex problems
  • A background in or knowledge of higher education and experience working directly with university staff

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, as well as company stock options.
