Learning Program Manager

We know that one of the keys to our growth is an effective and streamlined learning function. That’s why we’re seeking a Learning Program Manager to help us manage the daily administrative tasks of the Learning & Enablement team and own the successful implementation of learning projects across the business.

This role will align with our Learning and Enablement Team and maximize the team’s potential by supporting the team member learning experience optimized to achieve goals and develop professionally. What you’ll do

• Own the L&E intake process, acting as a key strategist in how projects are ramped and completed.
• Implement and provide accountability for learning program initiatives in alignment with MNTN’s organizational objectives.
• Utilize project management best practices to develop project assessment protocols and standard practices.
• Partner with project owners across all L&E to ensure L&E OKRs are reached
• Uphold and champion MNTN’s organizational standards of quality, trust, ambition, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership.
• Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project owners to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, learning plan, and timing for all new initiatives.
• Be accountable for reporting out regularly on project statuses, including any risks, or blockers impacting the completion of L&E goals and objectives.
• Partner with L&E leadership and L&E ops to make informed decisions for current & future projects, keeping training priorities in mind.
• Standardize and implement new team operating procedures to improve teamwork efficiency.
• Utilize L&E tools to communicate learning initiatives and analyze learning impact.

What you'll need

• Three (3) or more years of experience in program management.
• Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization.
• Experience with stakeholder management and business analysis.
• Working knowledge of learning and development concepts or adult learning theory
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Trello, and Asana
