What you'll do
- Conduct 360 ⷪ needs analysis to understand gaps in current environment,
requirements, successes and historical context from the perspective of sponsors,
managers, learners aiding in content development
• Research latest innovations in learning and organizational development
experiences targeted to meeting employees where they are, including micro
learning, social learning, on-demand platforms, artificial intelligence, project-
based learning, and coaching, mentorship, and assessments
• Work across lines of business and geographies to develop and implement core
and common talent development and organizational change solutions while
influencing partners to collectively agree on joint strategies in support of One
Equifax
• Drive the execution of people development programs that will upskill the
business and functional capabilities of colleagues to create future leaders which
deliver market differentiated solutions, create client value, and business growth
• Partner with Global Talent Management colleagues to discover ways to create a
holistic, integrated, blended learning journeys targeting the full learner
experience across the areas of Talent Acquisition, Succession, Performance, I&D, &
Career
• Work with key stakeholders to maintain the EFX Leadership Institute (live and
on-demand) providing development journeys and experiences that develop
current and future leaders across the enterprise
• Own our Manager Foundations Management onboarding program designing,
maintaining, and facilitating topics across recruitment, onboarding, performance,
career, organizational change, talent and leadership development sessions both in-person and virtually
• Leverage and iterate our best-in-class onboarding program to influence
performance, attraction & retention of top talent
• Effectively support our Talent, Performance, & Succession practices with
learning aids
• Own our on-demand digital learning platform (CLIMB) and strategy for
marketing, promotions, and learning optimization
• Lead and implement appropriate measurement and analytics tools to monitor
learning effectiveness and return on investment
• Continuously seek out ways to learn, improve, and innovate our offerings
• Seek to standardize our ways of working in support of our learning community of practice
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure product utilization, ROI, and
realization of intended benefits
What experience you need
- 2-8 years of experience working with or exposure in a corporate learning and development organization
- Demonstrated strategic partnership and project management of multiple initiatives at a time.
• Ability to influence persuade and manage the expectations of professionals at different levels across the organization.
• Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and
verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global organization
• Proven track record of project execution and delivery with a company in active transformation
