Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process.
AIR Communities offers a unique opportunity for our Leasing Consultants to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended. You will k eep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh & recharge during the holiday season! Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
• Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.
• Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
• Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team, and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

• Expected base pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour + lucrative commissions.(Annual income anticipated between $68,000 - $85,000+) You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
